Your medication data stays on your device. We don't run a server that receives it.
Everything you enter (medications, schedules, and dose history) is stored in a database on your device. We have no server that receives it, we use no analytics or advertising software, and we do not sell or share your information. If you turn on Premium backup, your data is copied into your own private iCloud account, which we cannot read.

Everything you enter stays in a database on your device: profile names you create (for example, family members you track); medication names, dosages, notes, supply counts, and the icon and color you pick; schedules, including times of day and days of the week; and dose history, including when a dose was scheduled and when you marked it taken, skipped, or missed.
This information is health-related and we treat it as sensitive. It is not transmitted to us.
RememRx has no sign-in, no user account, and no user identity. We do not ask for or store your name, email address, or any account identifier, and nothing you enter is tied to an identity that we or anyone else could look up.
If you enable Premium's backup and sync, your profiles, medications, schedules, and dose history are copied into the private database of your own iCloud account, using Apple's CloudKit. This is your personal iCloud storage. We have no access to it and no ability to read it. Apple's privacy policy and iCloud terms govern that storage. Turning the feature off removes the copy from iCloud. Backup is off unless you turn it on.
Premium is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple processes the transaction and tells the app only whether the purchase is active. We never see or store your payment details.
Reminders are scheduled and delivered locally by your device. Their contents are not sent to us or to any third party.
The app's typefaces are bundled inside the app itself. RememRx does not contact Google's font service, or any other font provider, while you use it. Separately, our website loads its fonts from Google's font service, so visiting our web pages does reveal your IP address to Google in the ordinary way any website visit does. That is true of the website only, not the app.
PDF reports are generated on your device. If you export or share one, it goes wherever you send it. Anything you share leaves the protections described in this policy, so take care when a report contains health information.
We do not use analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or tracking software. RememRx has no login and no account system of any kind, and we do not have accounts on our servers, because we do not run servers for your data. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information. We do not build advertising profiles.
RememRx is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. An adult may, of course, use the app to track a child's medication; that information is stored the same way as any other profile and remains on the adult's device.
You can delete any medication, profile, or logged dose in the app at any time. Deleting the app from your device removes its local database. Turning off iCloud Backup removes the copy stored in your iCloud account. Because we hold no copy of your data, there is nothing for you to request from us or for us to delete on your behalf.
Your data is protected by your device's own protections, including your passcode and Apple's file encryption. iCloud backups are protected by your Apple Account and its security settings. No system is perfectly secure, and a device without a passcode offers materially less protection.
If we change how data is handled, we will update this policy and ask you to accept the revised version in the app.
